KLK Agency provides leasing coordination and communication workflow services for apartment communities and property management organizations. Services may include leasing call response, prospect information capture, approved FAQ responses, tour booking support, follow-up messages, tour reminders, controlled escalation workflows, reporting, and related support.
KLK Agency does not make rental approval decisions, deny applications, interpret legal requirements, provide legal advice, or determine property policy. Property owners and managers remain responsible for all leasing policies, fair housing compliance, screening criteria, lease terms, approval decisions, and final communications.
By contacting us, submitting information, or engaging through a participating property workflow, you agree to receive service-related communications including calls, emails, and text messages related to your inquiry, tour, follow-up, or requested service.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information, approved responses, tour rules, escalation preferences, call forwarding or routing setup, and timely updates when policies, availability, pricing, hours, or workflows change.
KLK Agency does not guarantee specific leasing results, occupancy increases, tour attendance, conversion rates, revenue improvements, or uninterrupted service. Performance may depend on call volume, property demand, client responsiveness, third-party platforms, internet connectivity, carrier networks, and accurate client-provided information.
Specific pricing, setup fees, minimum commitments, and cancellation terms are governed by the applicable client agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise stated in writing, services begin with an initial 3-month term to allow onboarding, workflow refinement, and performance evaluation, then continue month-to-month thereafter with 30-day written notice. Setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly fees are generally non-refundable once the service period has started.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including communication, privacy, call recording, and housing-related requirements.
KLK Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, missed leasing opportunities, communication delays, third-party platform issues, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
